Promotional MLS Memberships

Search Bay East MLS between January 1 and March 31, 2010. MLS Access is offered at a one-time reduced rate with no initiation fee charged. This promotional offer is only available to out-of-area licensed real estate brokers, salespersons and appraisers who have not been Bay East MLS users within the past six (6) months. Out-of-area is defined as firms located outside of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. All subscribers are required to comply with Bay East MLS Rules.

Join as a Limited Access MLS User - For a $50 fee, Limited Access MLS members will have access to all search functions as well as tax information, but will not have "listing input." Listings would still need to be submitted for input by staff at $50 a listing. This access is available only to licensees who are currently participating members of MLSListings, Inc.

Join as a Non-Access Broker - This type of membership allows agents to join without obligating the broker to pay the fees also. The broker signs an agreement that he/she will be responsible for their agents' actions, nonpayment of fees, etc. With this membership the broker would not actually use/access the system. They are in the system solely for the purpose of their agents. Agents would still need to complete a membership application and pay appropriate fees before allowing access to MLS.

Promotional Membership - MLS Membership for a trial period through March 31, 2010. The application fee of $200 is waived. This will allow you to try out our services for a short period of time (normally you would have had to pay through the end of our billing cycle – June 2010). This access is available to licensees who are members of an out-of-area MLS.

Bay East's annual MLS fees for both brokers and agents are $449 and Supra Key Usage $90. Our billing cycle is July through June. If you are currently a member of the East Bay area, and you obtained your key through your home Association, your key works automatically. You do not need to get another key through Bay East. Normally we calculate the fee on an annual basis prorated dependent on the join month and an application fee of $200.
