The real estate landscape is changing. BPOs are in high demand, and this brings whole new revenue opportunities and ways to stand out in the market. Learn to take advantage of this growing trend, reduce risk, and provide professional and accurate BPOs with NAR’s BPO Resource (BPOR) Certification.
During the core course, BPOs: The Agent’s Role in the Valuation Process, you will gain the knowledge and skills to evaluate a property and learn to efficiently generate accurate and professional reports.
In addition to completing the course, viewing a free one-hour Webinar and submitting an application with a one time certification fee are required.
Upon earning the certification, you will be eligible to receive BPO orders.
