Achievement Club Awards
The REALTOR® Achievement Club is an awards program designed to recognize all Bay East REALTORS® who have used the MLS and closed more than $3 million in Residential and/or Commercial Sales/Listings or 8-16 units for the year.

What you will find here are the Rules and Regulations you agree to abide by when you become a member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
Foundation

The Foundation is a separate corporation from Bay East Association of REALTOR®. It was originally founded to support a scholarship program for students pursuing higher education in the Real Estate field. In the years since its inception, it has grown to be much more.
Our Programs:
Scholarship Program
The Scholarship program is open to the dependent children of Bay East Association members, who voluntarily contributed to the Foundation ($30 per year) through their dues billing.
Past President Educational Grant
This program is for REALTOR® members of Bay East Association of REALTOR®s ® and allows you to apply for up to 50% of course/class fees not to exceed $500 per recipient per year.
Members Helping Members
This program raises funds that are distributed directly to Bay East Association REALTOR® or Affiliate members who have experienced a catastrophic event in their lives and may need some financial help.
Charitable Organizations
Another function of the Foundation is contributions to Charitable Organizations. To apply your organization must be non-profit and based in the Bay East membership area with funds spent locally with administrative expenses not exceeding 25%.
