With over 30 years experience in Real Estate, I believe that I have a lot to offer the membership of the Bay East Association of Realtors®. Our industry is faced with major challenges to its success and future survival. Declining membership, continued education and training, as well as political pressure on how we as Realtors® do business, are all major issues facing our industry. Bay East has for years led the way in facing these and other challenges and I look forward to the opportunity of working with your other elected representatives if elected as your District 1 Director.
Licensed in 1977. Obtained brokers license and opened Craig Ragg Real Estate in 1983. Served on the SACBOR Board of Directors from 1987-1989 as well as the Executive Committee. Chaired LGR, BORPAC and Public Relations. Served on several other committees and various task forces. Honored as REALTOR® of the Year in 1990. Currently serving on LGR and as a Bay East Foundation Trustee. Appointed to and chaired the CV Municipal Advisory Council. Has served on the Castro Valley Educational Foundation, Salvation Army Advisory Board and Eden Hospital Foundation. Recognized as Castro Valley Business Person of the Year in 2006.
