I've been a full time REALTOR® and member of BEAR since 1978. I have my CRS, GRI, PMN designations. I founded the Livermore Marketing Meeting in 1985 and served as President until 1995. I am a Foundation Trustee and served on LGR. I have served on several committees such as Member Recognition and Member Benefits. I am a DIRECTOR for DISTRICT 3, CAR Director, and was REALTOR® of the Year in 1998. I am the 2008 WCR State President, Past President of the Southern Alameda County Chapter and Member of the Year for the State in 2003.
