The buyers are trying to cope with the different marketplace. REALTORS® sell service. Service must meet the needs of sellers and buyers or no business. There is a struggle within our REALTOR® Organizations to recognize the changes needed and to adapt our practices to the current marketplace while keeping our integrity.
