Our business of Real Estate demands professionalism, gathered through constant education. As a member of the Grievance Council (part of Professional Standards) for two years, we work to uphold the ethics and rules that all of us depend on for our mutual success. If elected to serve as Director, my goal would be to connect more of our membership to our expansive educational offerings, professional speakers' bureau and all that Bay East has to offer AS WELL AS anticipate and listen to your needs and wants so that YOUR business is represented at the Bay East level.
I earned my real estate license in 1997, while working for Stratford Financial Services and learning the mortgage and construction lending business. I expanded my lending experience by working for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 1998-2004. In 2004, I helped my colleague open up Syndica Realty and Financial in Fremont and began to practice real estate in addition to my lending business. I am a current member of the Grievance Council (part of the Professional Standards Council) for Bay East and the National Notary Association. I reside in Hayward with my husband and son.
