I feel very strongly about contributing back to Bay East Association. The business climate over these past couple of years has been very challenging for our members and Association. Bay East has been very prudent in establishing reserves to insure that our members not lose any benefits or services. I will work diligently with our accounting department in reviewing income statements, balance sheets, investment schedules, reserves and trust accounts, operating budgets statements and any other financial statements as may be required on a regular basis. I promise to communicate your concerns & comments as a Treasure of Bay East Association.
Otto has a B.A. in Government and has been a full-time RE Broker/REALTOR® since 2003. Otto is married and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. He chairs the Marketing Council, is a member of Professional Standards and Mediation Councils. He's President of Central County Marketing Association, Bay East Director for District 1, and C.A.R. Director. Was awarded the "REALTOR® of The Year" for 2007, and has been selected to participate in NAR's Leadership Academy. Designations: CRS, GRI, SRES, & e-PRO. He is very active in various community projects, and serves on the Board of Directors for Crosswinds Church in Dublin.
