Having served on Bay East’s Board of Directors for the past eight years I feel I have an understanding of what the members want and have grown to expect from their Association. We are facing some challenges in the next year such as, implementation of a Statewide MLS, the recovering market and fluctuating membership. Member benefits, education and the enforcement of Professional Standards and the Code of Ethics are our top priorities and greatest strengths for continuing success in our Profession. I’m very grateful for your past support and encouragement and appreciate the opportunity to serve as your 2009 President.
Pat has been a member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS® over 28 years. She is Broker/Owner of her own company. Pat currently serves as your President-Elect. Recently appointed to her fifth term as C.A.R. Director, she is serving as Vice Chair of Credentials. She was President of the Southern Alameda County Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS® in 2004, is past Chair of the Professional Standards Council, (where she participated in the Council's highly successful Speaker's Bureau) and was a Trustee on the Bay East Association Foundation.
