LANDLORD RESPONSIBLITY
There is a Residential Rent Arbitration Notice. It is mandatory that all tenants receive, sign, and file with the City, a copy of this form prior to the transfer of title. If there is no form on file, the new owner will be penalized in adjusting rents for a specific time period and amount allowed.
