About Us:
Hispanic Real Estate Group meets every Friday at Carrows Restaurant, 2723 Castro Valley Blvd,. Castro Valley Our meeting is open to all REALTORS® and Affiliates and is held in English.
8:45 AM – Networking and ORDER BREAKFAST
9:00 AM – SHARP…Meeting starts
9:00 – 9:15: Introductions
9:15 – 9:30: Listing presentations and Buyer Wants & Needs
9:30 – 9:55: Speaker presentation and/or “Member Spotlight”
9:55 – 10:00: Wrap up and ADJOURN meeting.
By presenting your listings, and special buyer's wants and needs, you are giving your property and client quality exposure to some of the most successful REALTORS® and affiliated companies in the Bay Area. It is not uncommon to bring together a buyer and seller as a direct result of this meeting. We discuss current marketing trends, and legal/legislative issues that may impact the way REALTORS® and affiliates do business. We also have Guest Speakers that make presentations on Real Estate issues and trends that impact our business. Come network with the sharpest professionals in the business.
