No signs in street or center median, publicly maintained landscaped area, parks, bus stop zone, or where they may interfere with vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians or visibility of traffic or traffic signs. May be placed on sidewalks as long as 4 feet remains clear |

| Days and Times Signs may be Displayed | Weekends, federal holidays, and one designated tour-day each week. 8:00 a.m. to sunset. Removed w/in 15 days of close of escrow or leasing of property. |
