TYPES OF REALTOR® MEMBERSHIP

Primary and Secondary

Primary REALTOR® member - Pays Bay East, C.A.R. and NAR dues to Bay East. In order to be a Primary REALTOR® with Bay East, there must be a Designated REALTOR® /Broker member with Bay East. An individual is a secondary member if C.A.R. and NAR dues are remitted through another Board or Association.

Secondary REALTOR® member – Pays Bay East dues only. C.A.R. and NAR dues are remitted through another Association. There need not be a Designated REALTOR®/Broker member with Bay East for licensees affiliated with the firm to select Bay East as their secondary Association. Secondary REALTOR® members receive all the same Bay East specific benefits as a Primary including voting rights.
