Promotional MLS Memberships

Search Bay East MLS between December 31 and June 30, 2009. MLS Access is offered at a one-time reduced rate with no initiation fee charged. This promotional offer is only available to out-of-area licensed real estate brokers, salespersons and appraisers who have not been Bay East MLS users within the past six (6) months.  Out-of-area is defined as firms located outside of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. All subscribers are required to comply with Bay East MLS Rules.

Below are the three Join options available (Option #3 is for Brokers only):

1. Join as a Limited Access MLS User – Licensed brokers, salespersons and appraisers may search the Bay East MLS for a one-time access fee of $50. As a Limited Access MLS User you would not have the ability to input a listing or access to MLSAlliance.  Normal Reciprocal Listings entry fee of $50 will apply.
2. Six-Month Full MLS Membership – The fee for the six-month period is $261.92 (December thru June). This will allow brokers, salespersons and appraisers to try out our services for a short period of time.
3. Join as a Non-Access Broker - Sales agents affiliated with a broker may join and Broker Participant’s fees are waived. The broker signs an agreement that he/she will be responsible for their agents' actions, nonpayment of fees, etc. With this membership the broker would not actually use/access the system.
