IDX EZ

IDX EZ, a frameable IDX search engine, is now available to all Bay East MLS members. With IDX EZ, MLS subscribers can host a property search of active MLS listings on their website. Subscribers can customize the pages to include an agent or broker's image, email address, web address and more. A "no-header" option is also available.

Promotional MLS Memberships

Search Bay East MLS between July 1 and December 31, 2008. MLS Access is offered at a one-time reduced rate with no initiation fee charged. This promotional offer is only available to out-of-area licensed real estate brokers, salespersons and appraisers who have not been Bay East MLS users within the past six (6) months.  Out-of-area is defined as firms located outside of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. All subscribers are required to comply with Bay East MLS Rules.

Bay East Supports Statewide MLS

The Boards of Directors of the Contra Costa and Bay East Associations of REALTORS® have signed Statements of Intent to participate in a statewide Multiple Listing Service (MLS) being created by the California Association of REALTORS®.

MLS Update

It has been difficult to keep up with everything that is going on regarding possible MLS mergers and other changes, especially since it has been changing so rapidly. Expanding our MLS coverage is a goal we have been trying to accomplish for some time. Over the past three years, several alternatives have been proposed. The primary one has been to merge with MLSListings Inc (formerly NCREX) to form a Bay Area MLS.
