Expiration Alert System
Get Reminded in Advance of Your Listings' Expiration!
What is it?
REALTOR® members of Bay East Association of REALTORS® now have the option of receiving email reminders prior to the expiration of their listings! This new application aims at making members more productive and aware of listing expiration.
How does it work?
The Expiration Alert System will send an email to the address you have registered within Paragon one, three, five or seven days prior to the expiration date of your active listings. The email you receive will contain the MLS number, Listing Address and the Expiration Date.
