Computer Settings

  • Optimize Your Screen Resolution

    1. Right click on your Windows desktop.
    2. Click Properties, then Settings tab.
    3. Move the slider bar to 1024 x 768 - Learn more
    4. Click on OK at the bottom.

  • Check Version of Internet Explorer

    1. Double-click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop.
    2. Click on Help located on the top menu.
    3. Click on About Internet Explorer - Learn more

  • Set Up Your Browser For Printing

      Headers & Footers
    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. Click File located on the top menu then click Page Setup
    3. Delete anything that appears in Header and Footer fields.
    4. Click OK at the bottom.
      Margins
    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. Click File located on the top menu then click Page Setup
    3. Change the top, left and right Margins to 0.25" - Learn more
    4. Click File located on the top menu then click Page Setup
    5. Click OK at the bottom.
      Text Size
    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. Click View located on the top menu.
    3. Click Text Size
    4. Choose Smaller or Smallest so that most of your report fits on one page.
    5. Click OK at the bottom.
      Printing Background
    1. Start Internet Explorer.
    2. Click Tools located on the top menu.
    3. Click on the Advanced tab.
    4. Scroll down until you get to Printing.
    5. Click in the box beside 'Print background colors and images'.
    6. Click on OK to save the changes.
