Paragon Voice Search
Voice Search is a new FREE add-on for the Paragon MLS service that provides MLS users with the ability to access Paragon data over the phone using spoken commands or a touchpad. To use this member benefit:
- Contact Bay East Technical Support at (925) 730-7100 to add a mobile phone number to your profile.
- Using your mobile phone, call (888) 251-0496. No login is necessary as authentication is done by matching the incoming number to any active profile.
- After verifying the phone number, Paragon will ask if you would like to search by address or MLS number. Tell the system how you would like to search, then follow the provided instructions.
